Instagram Grid Customization Feature Rolled Out

Instagram is rolling out several new features aimed at giving users more ways to express themselves and personalize their profiles. The updates focus on music sharing and visual customization, including long-awaited changes to the Instagram grid.
As of today, Spotify users can share the song they are listening to in Instagram Notes. Notes are short status updates that appear above profile pictures in DMs. This feature will display the name of the song and the artist, so your friends will know what you’re listening to.
We also have another feature arriving next week. Users will be able to rearrange their Instagram grid. Rearranging the order of your posts on your profile will give you the ability to change the order or posts without deleting or reposting any of them. This feature will allow you to create your profile the way you want.
Instagram also says it is working on a feature that allows users to add posts to their profile but it won’t go out to followers’ feeds. This will allow users more control over what is or is not visible on their public profile.
These changes are part of Instagram’s plan to make the app more personal and flexible. With music sharing and profile editing tools, users have more ways to express themselves.
